About the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration  provides a gate way for entrepreneurs who want to start business and investment in Myanmar.The State has adopted rules,regulations and procedures in line with the political, economy, administration sector and private sector. The department is moving in line with national policy and contributing to national economic growth.

History of DICA Kachin State Office

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration , Kachin State office was opened on 10th July 2017 at Kachin State Government Office, Ayar Quarter, Myitkyina as a temporary office. On 23rd March 2020, the office was transferred to Kannar road, corner of Samar and Zawjune streets, Myoma Quarter, Myitkyina as a base office and secretariat office of Kachin State Investment Committee .In order to strengthen domestic/foreign investment in the region, and to clarify the company issues, our office’s staffs discuss with the public .
